Surveyor Indonesia has just completed the first internal open recruitment program to transfer employee status, consisting of the SI-Next Leader Development Program and the SI-Expertise Development Program.
This program is designed to identify, develop and empower young people who have the potential to become future leaders of the company.
After going through a strict selection process, management announced that the selected participants had successfully passed various stages and were ready to start their journey in the SI Next Generation Program.
The program has been running since July 2023 where there were 674 applicants who registered until finally 58 employees were selected who passed, consisting of 12 employees who passed the SI-Next Leader Development Program and 46 employees who passed the Expertise Development Program and Recruitment Employees with BUMN who passed program evaluation of 6 employees.
Hopefully all those selected can make a positive contribution to the company!
