Sandry Pasambuna was born in Kotamobagu, 8 August 1967. He received a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Sam Ratulangi University Manado in 1995, a Master of Petroleum Engineering degree from UPN Veteran Yogyakarta in 2019 and an Environmental & Project Management Specialist from The Van Hall Instituut, Netherlands in 2019. 2002.
Starting his career as a Project Engineer at PT Semen Bosowa Maros, then in the Oil and Gas industry at Total EP Indonesi'e, ExxonMobil, Kodeco Energy and Pertamina Hulu Energi, until he occupied top management positions as Commercial and Business Director of Perum DAMRI, Director of Strategic Planning and Business Development at PT KAI (Persero), as well as Director of Safety and Security at PT KAI (Persero). Served as President Director of PT Surveyor Indonesia since March 2024.

Saifuddin Wijaya is a Bachelor of Naval Engineering from the Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology in 1987 then obtained a Master of Business degree from the Indonesian Institute of Management in 1993. With more than 25 years of experience in the maritime sector, Saifudin Wijaya was trusted as Director of Resource Development at PT Bureau of Classification Indonesia (Persero) in 2017. Joined as Commercial Director at PT Surveyor Indonesia starting from July 2021

Wahyu Witjaksono earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Indonesia in 1995. He started his career as Engineering Staff at PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk and Corporate Banking Office at PT Bank Nusa Internasional until he occupied a top management position as Director of Finance, HR and General Affairs at PT Prima Armada Raya and President Director of PT Prima Armada Raya. Served as Director of Finance and Risk Management of PT Surveyor Indonesia since March 2024.

Lussy Ariani Seba was born in Bandung on August 29, 1974. She started her career as a Pratama One Staff at PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk, until finally serving as Vice President of Human Capital Development and Group Head of the Jasa Marga Learning Institute. During her career at Jasa Marga, it was noted that various awards have been won, including 2nd Best Human Capital of The Year 2018 and Best of Human Capital Initiative on Career Management 2015. In addition, Lussy is also actively involved in various organizations, one of which is the Indonesian Human Capital Forum ( FHCI)
