The INDI 4.0 assessment was carried out to see the readiness of the industry to transform into a digital industry.
The INDI 4.0 Assessment Result Certificate was handed over by the Director of Human Resources of PT Surveyor Indonesia Lussy Ariani Seba to the Director of Production & HSE PT Nindya Karya (Persero) Firmansyah, Thursday (16/6) at the Head Office of PT Nindya Karya (Persero).
The Director of Human Resources for Surveyor Indonesia, Lussy Ariani Seba, revealed that there are five pillars that are indicators of assessment in the INDI 4.0 assessment. These include management and organization, people and culture, products and services, technology, and company operations.
"On behalf of Surveyor Indonesia, I express high appreciation to all levels of PT Nindya Karya (Persero) who have collaborated well in the assessment process carried out. I also congratulate PT Nindya Karya (Persero) because the INDI 4.0 Assessment has been in level 3 or mature readiness.
Lussy added that PT Nindya Karya (Persero) has advantages in 2 pillars, namely the management and organization pillar and the people and culture pillar. The sustainability of the transformation strategy that has been planned must continue and be monitored properly and structured and hopes that the INDI 4.0 assessment can have a good impact and be the starting line for the follow-up to the implementation of industry 4.0 at PT Nindya Karya (Persero), said Lussy.
