IDSurvey Holds RUPS Work Plan and Budget for 2024 Targeting Global Top 20 TIC Companies

Hi #Sitizen, Survey Services BUMN Holding has successfully recorded positive performance for four years. The three IDSurvey entities which include PT BKI (Persero), PT SUCOFINDO, and PT Surveyor Indonesia have consolidated financial performance that has continued to grow over the past 4 years both in terms of revenue, EBITDA and net profit. Starting in 2024, IDSurvey will hold a General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) for the Company's 2024 Work Plan and Budget on Monday, January 29 2024 at the Dharmawangsa Hotel, Jakarta.

The GMS with the agenda of determining the company's work plan and budget for 2024 and the work plan and budget for social and environmental responsibility was attended by the Assistant Deputy for Manufacturing Industry of KBUMN, Chairiah, series A, Series B Majority and Series B shareholders.

Also, attended by the Main Commissioner of BKI, Harry Hikmat, represented by Commissioner Indra Iskandar, the Main Director of IDSurvey, Arisudono Soerono along with the BKI Board of Directors, the Main Commissioner of SUCOFINDO, Veri Anggrijono, represented by Commissioner Himawan Hariyoga, the Main Director of SUCOFINDO, Jobi Triananda Hasjim along with the Board of Directors SUCOFINDO, Main Commissioner of Surveyor Indonesia, Dody Widodo, Main Director of Surveyor Indonesia, M. Haris Witjaksono along with the Board of Directors of Surveyor Indonesia.

At this GMS, IDSurvey prepared a work plan and budget with the theme 'Sustainable growth through accelerated business transformation'. On this occasion, IDSurvey's vision was also conveyed to become a world-class TIC company group by 2029. In order to achieve business targets in 2024, IDSurvey will carry out comprehensive improvements to increase excellence in all aspects, namely business fundamentals, operations and business.

"There are nine strategic mapping items that we are programming in 2024 in order to create new sources of income with a fairly wide range of fields, including: Engineering Inspection, class and statute, green business, life science, electric vehicles, environmental laboratories and certification halal international market," said IDSurvey President Director, Arisudono Soerono.
