EGMS Dismissal, Change of Position Nomenclature, Transfer of Duties, and Appointment of Members of the Board of Commissioners and Directors

IDSurvey held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on Friday, March 22 2024 at Ali Sadikin Ballroom, Graha BKI with the agenda of Dismissal, Change of Position Nomenclature, Transfer of Duties, and Appointment of Members of the Board of Commissioners and Directors.

Present at the EGMS were Assistant Deputy for Manufacturing Industry, Chairiah, Assistant Deputy for BUMN Human Resources Management, Muhamad Rizal Kamal, Assistant Deputy for Corporate Law, Rini Widyastuti, Main Director of IDSurvey, Arisudono along with the Board of Directors of PT BKI (Persero), SGS Representatives, Board of Commissioners of PT Surveyor Indonesia, and Board of Directors of PT Surveyor Indonesia.

In this EGMS, changes were made to the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors of PT Surveyor Indonesia as follows:

The Board of Commissioners of PT Surveyor Indonesia:
- Wawan Sunarjo as President Commissioner replaces Dody Widodo
- Echsan Sutadji as Independent Commissioner replaces Ferry Andrianto

The Board of Directors of PT Surveyor Indonesia:
- Sandry Pasambuna as President Director replaces M. Harris Witjaksono
- Wahyu Witjaksono as Director of Finance and Risk Management of PT Surveyor Indonesia replacing Rosmanidar Zulkifli.
