Surveyor Indonesia Conducts PT Pelindo Customer Satisfaction, Engagement and Loyalty Survey

This activity is carried out in several ports including:
1. Aceh's Malahayati Harbor
3. Belawan Container Terminal (TPK) Port
5. Tanjung Balai Asahan Harbor
6. Sibolga Harbor
7. Dumai Harbor
8. Perawang Harbor
9. Tanjung Pinang Port which manages three ports, namely, Sri Bintan Pura Port, Sri Payung Port (UBM) and Passenger Port.
10. Sei Kolak Kijang Container Port.

The survey aims to measure and determine the level of customer satisfaction in using port services managed by PT Pelindo.
