Graduation Team Leadership Development Program To Accelerate Surveyor Indonesia leaders

Surveyor Indonesia held a Graduation for the Team Leadership Development Program (TLDP) on Friday, 12 May 2023. This hybrid activity consisted of three main series, namely: announcement of the best participant, announcement of graduation, and a talk show on the implementation of the TLDP "Highly Individual Contribution and Self Leadership."

The talk show was presented by the Director of Human Capital, Lussy Ariani Seba, VP Strategic Transformation Office, Euis Amalia Noor, and Plt. Section Head Product Development DBS Infrastructure, Brian Parsaroan. Lussy said that TLDP is a form of the company's strategy in accelerating leaders at the BoD-3, BoD-4, Korwil, and MP Head levels.

On this occasion, Lussy also gave appreciation to Martantyo Tedjo Purnomo from DBS Oil, Gas, and Renewable Energy and Iddo Fadhlil Ratmana from DBS Coal, Mineral, and Environment, as the best program participants.

Through TLDP, it is hoped that it can encourage company transformation by ensuring human resource capabilities that are also in line with the company's direction. This shows Surveyor Indonesia's commitment to providing space for employees to grow, develop and contribute.
